My Dogs

Sheena is a 8 year old greyhound rescue from the Wonderland Race Track in Revere. Her “race name” was Billie, but an injured shoulder prevented her from racing. Her breeder, Henry, treats his dogs well. Sheena has an outgoing personality for a greyhound, always eager to meet new people and dogs. Her social skills allow Karin to bring her along on many training missions. Her favorite trick is yoga, doing a play bow on command.

Mr. French is a 5 year old black pug from Mainely Pugs. His breeder named him Oliver. He was the biggest of his litter. A terror as a pup, Tom had a difficult time liking him a first, but it was Mr. French’s “power of the pug” that helped Tom recover from cancer. He always aims to please as long as he’s not too excited. Mr. French is nothing if not persistent. He will get his way--no matter what. Mr. French is Karin’s favorite.

ZuZu is a 7 year old fawn pug adopted from Pug Rescue of New England (PRONE). Originally named Lexi, she came from a home with many other pugs and hadn’t been to a vet in a very long time. Now she likes to go off on her own away from the hubub of Mr. French and Sheena to sleep in a square of sunlight or upstairs in the AC, depending on the season. She was very reactive to fireworks and thunder before we bought her a Thundershirt.
